Mixologist Ewan Henderson of Glasgow, Scotland created this scotch cocktail, explaining that “the dried fruits and sweet spice of the scotch lend a rich depth that comes through when using watermelon juice.”
- 1 oz. Lost Distillery Benachie Classic or other blended malt scotch
- 1 oz. watermelon juice
- 1 oz. La Copa vermouth
- 1 oz. Berentzen Wild Cherry liqueur
- Garnish: flamed orange peel
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and serve straight up in a cocktail glass and garnish with flamed orange peel.
