Lee Zaremba, beverage director of Bellemore in Chicago, created this cocktail and considers it cocktail a lighter version of a Cuba Libre, with a lot of earthy, smoky, and coconut notes.
- ½ oz. Knob Creek rye
- ½ oz. Sfumato amaro
- 4 oz. coconut-flavored sparkling water
- Garnish: half lime wheel
Add rye and amaro to a Collins glass over ice. Add sparkling water and stir for 2 seconds. Garnish with half lime wheel.
