- ½ oz. Black Bottle blended scotch
- 1½ oz. Hayman’s Royal Dock Navy Strength gin
- ½ oz. fresh ginger (pulped or juiced) or ginger beer
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- Garnish: lime slice and fresh lime zest
Build and shake in a Boston tin or cobbler shaker. Fine strain over shaved ice in a 14 oz. Collins glass. Garnish with a lime slice and fresh lime zest.
