Created by Ryan Chetiyawardana of White Lyan and Dandelyan in London, this cocktail combines Clynelish 14 year old single malt scotch with Campari, Lillet Blanc, and a touch of orange marmalade.
- 1¾ oz. Clynelish 14 year old
- ¼ oz. Lillet Blanc
- ⅛ oz. Campari
- 1 barspoon orange marmalade
Add all to a mixing glass and stir to dissolve marmalade. Add cubed ice, stir, then double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
